My stay at River Manor was so wonderful. It is a quiet and comfortable hotel. Everything at this Hotel is handled with care. Each staff member was courteous, friendly and helpful, responding promptly to requests for assistance. The breakfast is of an excellent quality, beautifully prepared in the kitchen. A healthy range of options on the menu makes travelling for leisure a whole lot more pleasurable.

    For the foodies - you are just spoilt for choice with...

    For the foodies - you are just spoilt for choice with incredible restaurants all over the town. Beautiful vineyards, exquisite wine farms, you need a month to really see and do it all! Recommendations: hire e bikes and go for a ride. Jonkershoek reserve is magnificent. Incredible restaurants: Fat Butcher, Asta, Vendetta to name a few. Wonderful stores and everything so conveniently located.

    With over 150 wineries, Stellenbosch is the premier location of the Cape Winelands. Our guide showed up a bit of the city. We saw the local university and the dining areas. We'd like to stay in the city on our next visit.

    We've been staying at different establishments/hotels in Stellenbosch over the past 7 years - this will definitely be one to add. The apartment is in walking distance of shops and restaurants. Controlled access and visible security on site ensures safety and secure parking. Everything was clean and tidy with welcoming snacks on arrival. Our host was easily accessible and friendly with no problems accessing the apartment. The flat(nr 24) is on the ground floor.

    Dominique and front desk services were extremely helpful in assisting with my luggage as I was traveling with my daughter. Change of rooms, due to TV tech issues was quite efficient as well. Highly recommend The Stellenbosch Hotel. Look forward to my next trip.
