Beautiful well located hotel. Just in front of the beach and right next to the shopping centre. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had to leave early for the airport so they prepared a boxed breakfast for us. We thought that was a nice gesture. The hotel's restaurant is excellent. We had the Chateaubriant for two which was perfectly prepared just in front of us.

    The beach was incredible, with perfect weather, and the property’s location near the beachfront was ideal. We ordered from Mozambik, and the food was fantastic. The property was spacious, well-equipped with beautiful amenities, spotless, and very comfortable for sharing with children. Having three TVs in a two-bedroom setup was a great touch. Truly excellent value for money.

    It has very beautiful buildings,the ocean view and beautiful highways,the ships on the ocean bay but very small airport. I would have liked the shopping mall near the airport for food outlet facilities, rather than the only one restaurant without alternatives

    Personally, I felt that the things to do in PE are not clearly highlighted to visitors. We are in need of the HOHO buses and venue to remain open longer during summer months. It would be great if some planned walking tours could happen. Security needs to be greatly improved, and tourist 'secure' areas established. There is a need for evening entertainment and more events/ activities. The city needs to be cleaned more often, and more rubbish containers placed for people to use.

    Friendliest city in South Africa.

    Friendliest city in South Africa. Definitely would recommend Barney's, Something Good Roadhouse and Restaurant, The Beer Yard, Penquin Sanctuary and Light House. Easy to get around in PE, airport friendly and accommodating.

    I did not visit Port Elizabeth for leisure, but for business...

    I did not visit Port Elizabeth for leisure, but for business purposes. I was impressed with the lay-out of the city. The roads are well planned and never had traffic issues. I can say that Port Elizabeth is indeed the Friendly City!

    I'm sad to see how Port Elizabeth looked like. Streets have no working robots. Some places no stop signs. I stayed in Port Elizabeth and my heart broke 💔 when I saw the condition it is in now. A City that was once one of the most beautiful destination is now destroyed 😢 If you have no car you can take a Uber. Ate at the Spur but service was not great. No to little activities to do...

    The location is perfect, surrounded by many amenities like resturants, beach, hotels, garages, grocery stores, etc. The rooms are OK the only problem is the clothes space (Wardrobe), the hanging space is not enough. The hotel is clean, I am talking about the rooms I managed to occupy when there and the reception area. I am not sure if the room differ depending on rate paid but I have been using the same space layout for all my visits.

    Everything. We stayed in the Cottage which is situated in a very quiet part of Summerstrand and is spotlessly clean. Jo and Allen are fantastic hosts and very friendly and professional. We have travelled all over the world and stayed in many 5 * hotels and Admiralty Beach House compares very favourably with the best. The breakfast was cooked to order and really good and we will, if we visit PE again, definitely stay here again.

    The Nova Hotel is a stunning small hotel very close to Port Elizabeth airport. The service is exceptional and personal and the rooms are beautifully decorated with all the amenities you could possibly need. Breakfast is amazing with a wide variety of menu options as well as pastries, fruit etc. We will definitely be back.
