Leanne and her family including their cat went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for! From coming to get us when we got lost to ensuring our room is warm and cozy on a freezing night by the Mooi river and a delicious breakfast(with freshly baked scones🥰) in bed it was truly a memorable stay! Just what was needed after running the Comrades Marathon and my wife navigating crazy traffic! Thanks Tegwaan we'll definitely be back and you have yourselves ambassadors in us!

Room was large and had a very effective fireplace with plenty of wood - very necessary in mid-winter there! All necessary amenities were available. Staff were accommodating and helpful. We left early in the morning so did not have breakfast.

I would say I have liked almost everything in there my stay was so enjoyable very clean rooms my bed was new and very comfortable, I'm definitely going to bring my whole family for a weekend stay, and they workers are friendly it actually became my second home keep up the good work (BIG FIVE) can't wait to bring along my family

    The drive there on a Friday and back to gauteng on a Sunday was peaceful, relaxed and meditative. The farmstalls are great stops even better than fuel stations for tasty biltong and home made food and south african made soaps and lotions. This road trip was so much fun

    Loved the entire property except the restaurant. I would never ever visit that restaurant again. The Spa was wonderful and a must for any traveller. Horseback riding is THE BEST. Safety in the resort is amazing. I really felt safe. The children could walk around even late at night. The bonfire in the square is spectacular but more activities around the bonfire needs to be implemented, such as live music band maybe or stalls selling crafts etc.

    In the centre of the Nottingham area, which has a very special ambiance with it. Just try to get a bit of distance for overnight form the N3. it can be come noisy with the evening heavy haulers trucks

    I was looking for a country get away where I could relax and...

    I was looking for a country get away where I could relax and take long walks with my dog. I assumed from the accommodation site information that there was hiking on the property - this was not the case. Mooiriver town has nothing to commend it . Rearsby was close to a very good spa and also next door to a very good eating establishment - if that is your thing. It is also close enough for an easy trip to Nothingham Road.

    Mooiriver is beautiful with a mountain view.its cozy in the winter because of the cold so many places have a fireplace. There is lots to see an do in the area. It's about 1 an a half hours from Durban so it's the perfect get away from the busy city. Lots of farmlands an a more relaxed way of life. Laid back an relaxing environment with heritage sites an local arts an grafts

    i liked everything ,the property if absolutely perfect ,bt they must upgrade it with wi-fi in future if its possible, they must have enough staff to clean our rooms daily not after we leaving ,if i have to clean myself what the need to take a vacation?my fav places were ,pool and stables,
