A truly lovely boutique hotel a short hop from Oliver Tambo Airport, to and from which the hotel offers free transfers. I was looking for a nature experience in nice surroundings close to the airport and was not disappointed. The hotel is just gorgeous - beautifully decorated and tastefully furnished to a high standard. The fountain by the swimming pool in the inner courtyard gives a haven-like feel. Super-comfortable king size bed, delicious dinner and breakfast, a wonderful view of the nature reserve lake, delightful staff. One of the nicest places I’ve stayed over the years. I will be back and will make sure to stay longer next time.

You’re going to think it’s weird but… I always wanted to try a South African Sun 1, in Belgium we call them Formul 1, just to compare and I can clearly say that the South African version is even better (private bathroom was so lekker!!!). For me those hotels are synonyms of beginning of vacation, when you stop for the night along the road on your way to Holliday, and that was clearly that warm and comfy feeling from my childhood I had at Sun 1! Not disappointed at all. Comfy place, clean, adorable staff, quiet,… I’ve nothing negative to say.

The staff and the food are what made this place stand out. The room itself was very comfortable and everywhere was clean and well maintained. Owner/Manager was helpful and warm. Although We spent very little time to actually enjoy the facilities, it was very peaceful, and well maintained. She went extra mile by packing us some food for our flight at 6 in the morning.

    The place was very nice.

    The place was very nice. Located in an affluent upmarket area. It has Spacious clean rooms. I would have preferred availability of a shower chair specially designed for disabled people as my husband is disabled. Otherwise me and my husband were very happy to have chosen Jasmine lodge for our stay in SA. We have already recommended it to our family friends for any planned visit to SA.

    Lakes everywhere Lots of lovely cafes And Charlize Theron's hometown ^^ Victorian Secret Garden with stunning architecture and sweets desserts. Dinner in Papaboa with music night. Lakeside mall shaped like a steam boat. Appearance is so nice. However, strangely there was not much interesting content inside.

    Not sure if Wi-Fi is there and working, Food offering especially breakfast not offering was a concerned, I thing the furnisher in the rooms needs some upgrade (appear old) The location is good closer to amneties, Hospitality was excellent, the overall appearence of the hotel is pleasng to the eyes and tidy.

    Donald is an excellent host and so helpful as are all the staff. The breakfast is delicious and good value. The location is convenient and central to Benoni and for access to the airport. The property facilities and gardens are beautiful with something to entertain the children and the adults (jungle gym, swimming pool, pool table). Rooms are large, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Highly recommend staying at Summer Gardens if you need somewhere to stay in and around Benoni.

    The hotel itself is stunning. The staff including the owners are super friendly inviting and helpful, definitely a 10/10 service. The rooms was clean with beautiful view to the garden and swimming pool. I loved my hot jacuzzi and my massage. The back up power was definitely perfect. We will definitely be back.
