Everything was very clean, and the place smelled nice. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The restaurant had a rich menu with excellent food. It was quiet, and the facilities were great.

Beautiful hotel right in the centre of Prizren. Friendly staff and a big room with a very comfortable bed and a great shower. Very quiet at night and a 1 minute walk to the main centre. If I visit Prizren again I would definitely stay here.

The staff was really nice ,they were lovely people. The room was clean and perfect. Everything was in order and the hotel was just a few minutes away from the centre.

It was great, the staff was exceptional! Very clean, standard checkout at 12:00 which is amazing. Location is very close to everything. Parking is included and in a garage!

Excellent service, perfect location, friendly and attentive staff at the reception. Beds are so comfortable, pillows are perfect. The location is fabulous for seeing the sights of Prizren. Highly recommend the hotel, I hope to come back one day!
