Had a fantastic stay at Lotte Hotel Hanoi. Everything, from the service, location, room, to the indoor pool exceeded my expectations. The Pharaoh’s Bar & Upper looks much better than in photos. Every staff member I met was genuinely kind, professional, and attentive. especially Ms. Phung Nguyen, who assisted with the airport transfer. One highlight I’d highly recommend is using the hotel’s airport transfer service. I was running late for my flight, and they had someone waiting for me at the airport who helped me skip the queue with priority check-in. Extremely efficient and thoughtful! Also, don’t miss the mango bingsu at the hotel’s restaurant. I’ll definitely stay here again every time I visit Hanoi. Highly recommend !

Breakfast was good, and the location was very convenient for sightseeing. The staff was extremely friendly, giving us maximum support in finding places to visit, booking cars... I felt like family. I was very impressed with Thuy, she is a staff member with a huge amount of knowledge about the local area as well as Hanoi people.

The view on the lake from the bedrooms on the front are breathtaking. The hotel is super well located, the personal is super charming and helpful. Everything is super clean and the towels smell so good! I’m gonna miss that smell !! The bed is so so so huge, I had never seen such a big bed.

Loved the location of Sao Mai Boutique Hotel, right in the heart of Hanoi. The rooms were modern and clean. Service was impeccable and breakfast buffet had an amazing selection. They even packed us breakfast for days we had an early tour and the day of departure. We highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel has it all. I would honestly say that Hotel de Lagom is one of the best hotels in Hanoi or Vietnam This is because: - the staff is super friendly and remember you - the rooms are spacious and new - the breakfast is 10/10 - the pool area and rooftop bar is smashing - the location cannot be better, only 2 min walk from old town or train street - the rooms are clean Didn't have the chance to try the restaurant or the spa, but from the looks of everything else, I'm sure it's a 10/10. The staff also ask you in the morning about your plans and help you with how to get around etc, without pushing to sell tours. They just give you their local tips! It's also one of few hotel that does not lie about pictures or rating in Hanoi. I will come back. A special thanks to Kristine and her crew for letting me check out late and arranging transfer to the airport. See you soon again! E
