The host is very friendly and helpful. He helped us a lot with everything. It's very close to the bus station so it was very comfortable to get there at night from the bus from Hanoi. If I get there again I will definitely choose this place again :)

Stayed there with my friend for one night before leaving for Ha Giang Loop. Facilities were modern and clean and the stay included breakfast. The staff was extremely helpful with arranging our Loop trip and helping with everything. The Ha Giang Loop itself was unforgettable experience with exceptional views and amazing group!! Our drivers Vanh and Van Nát were good drivers with fun personalities and made sure that we were comfortable during our whole trip. The group size consisted of 6 people + drivers which was much better than popular big group organizers like Jasmine Tours.

This is a really good with exceptional staff always willing to help you and are very friendly all the time, the rooms are big and clean with amenities like a toothbrush and they also have water included in the price of the stay, do not worry about the hotel not having many reviews as it is brand new but for now it is a bargain for your money, they also offer tours for a competitive price, I highly recommend it

New! Only opened just before Christmas, all the facilities and interior is still new. Understand there wasn't a lot of staff as it's still getting established. However, they made sure we had the best service possible.

I got a room on the fifth floor, which was very comfortable. Don't worry, there's an elevator. They have air conditioning that can heat (I emphasize - it can heat!! - it's February and at night it's around 8-10 degrees Celsius) and there are (openable) windows. There's a wardrobe for clothes, there's a shower with hot water, a clean toilet... I really had a perfect rest and it was quiet!!!

Rooms are big and nice. Most important, hotel in general is very clean. Girls in the reception are very friendly and helpful. We also bought bus ticket to Sapa and they arranged a nice bus for us. They also help and advice for Ha Giang Loop. I definitely recommend staying there. Thanks Celine/Anna for comfortable stay and Boss Tom for the support and advice for the Loop.

It's a great place to stay before and after doing the Ha Giang loop. It was easy to rent a motorcycle from them, the bike was in good condition, they gave us advice about the best route and things to see along the way. It's easy to communicate through WhatsApp. We had a midnight check in and they kindly waited for us. The breakfast is good, an egg sandwich, coffee, two pancakes and fresh orange juice.
