Clean and quiet. Most of all, thank you for the kindness of the staff. I left my phone in the taxi, and I was embarrassed. The breakfast was a homemade and very delicious local delicacy, a seafood noodle soup. Also they make fresh juices at the hotel which are very refreshing. The hotel itself is brand new and constructed to a very high quality with thoughtful design and nice materials. It's like a home away from home. I will definitely come back again! Also it's a very family friendly hotel, great for young kids and elderly. I've never stayed in a hotel of such high quality at such a good price. Highly recommended to everyone visiting the Haiphong area.

Good service. Receptionist is very friendly, enthusiasm especially Julie Nguyen ( Dong Nhi) huge thanks to her. We could turn to her for help with any problem. She also introduced us to the local foods. The location of the hotel is great the nearest shopping centre is 5 minutes walk away. Clean and modern rooms.     Most travelers skip Haiphong. This is a mistake.

    Most travelers skip Haiphong. This is a mistake. If you travel to eat, don’t skip Haiphong. The food is interesting, delicious, varied and exceptional. We had the best Pho here that we’ve had in four trips to Vietnam. The people of Haiphong are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The city center has a lovely park running through it. The old colonial architecture is rundown in places but interesting to look at. We stayed out of the old city in a modern development, but would stay in the center next time even though GRAB and the city bus are easy to use.

    We stayed at the hotel for one night while in transit before a flight. The hotel is of a very high standard. The rooms are luxurious and tastefully designed. The staff were welcoming and helped with everything we needed. Definitely recommended for anyone who wants to stay for 1 night or more .

    The hotel is brand new and extremely spacious and clean. The swimming pool is lovely, from there we can see the whole Hai Phong and enjoy the view. The view from the rooms we stayed in are amazing. Breakfast is really good and staff are enthusiastic and helpful
