An absolutely unique facility. If you dream of a comfortable villa right by the sea, with seview, beach and swaying palm trees, with fantastic service and a great restaurant, then Le Rivage Villa is the perfect place. You walk down the stairs, pass through the restaurant and immediately find yourself on the wide beach, which you have almost all to yourself. On the beach, the property offers comfortable sun loungers and service from the delicious Papa Shark restaurant. The staff is always smiling and ready to help you with everything. The owner of this property must be a very happy man to have such a treasure and such nice and professional staff.

This is a wonderful hotel I highly recommend, the staff is fantastic they help with absolutely everything and make sure you are happy with your stay, Jay and Kathy went over and beyond to help us with every request and last minute bookings of tour and private cars. The breakfast is outstanding it has a big variety of food for every taste. It is clean, it is well located, and overall a perfect hotel for your stay in Hoi An!

Highly rated to stay here 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 Staying at Hoi An Babylon Riverside Hotel was one of the best parts of my Vietnam trip. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their hospitality truly made a difference. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with a calm, relaxing atmosphere. My room was clean, spacious, and had a lovely view of the river. I slept so well each night—it’s quiet and peaceful, perfect after a day of exploring. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh, tasty dishes to choose from every morning. The pool area was also a nice bonus—clean, quiet, and great for relaxing. The location is just right: close enough to walk or bike into the old town, but far enough to enjoy a break from the crowds. I absolutely loved my stay and would happily return. Highly recommend!

Interior Design is excellent! Big room, Color is so beautiful. Bicycle is free and we need it so much. This hotel is cozy space but valuable. I take a shower after did spa before I traveled to Nha trang.

The owners were really helpful, even drove me to an electrical store. The location is excellent, easy to walk to bars, restaurants and across the street is Moonmilk which has many western food products and drinks. Highly recommend.
