People working in this hotel are the nicest there are. We came in earlier after a night train, and they let us stay and relax before our room was ready. Breakfast was tasty, and you could taste it was homemade. Our room was big and clean, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was new and modern. There is also a spa, which we didn't use but looks lovely. I can only recommend it!

Our stay at the Shamsan was the conclusion of a longer trip to celebrate my wife turning 60. The hotel went above and beyond to make our stay special. I will be forever grateful. The hotel is quite new, and the service is 1st rate. I loved the room, which had been upgraded. The bed was very comfortable, and the bedding was as you would expect for a hotel. I loved the health and wellness centre. We came to have a few days relaxing and left very relaxed and happy
