The front desk attendants were really nice and welcoming. They gave me a room bigger than I had booked as they didn’t have a single room (booked) at the moment. And as I told them I’d leave early they offered to pack breakfast. The room was very clean, nice beds and the AC was on to cool down the room because Tashkent is so hot.

Clean and spacious room with a nice balcony overlooking the city. Also, the breakfast was great with variety of options. Moreover, the hotel team was very helpful and attentive. On the other hand, the location is far away from touristic areas, however Yandex was handy and inexpensive.

The staff were very helpful. They helped us set up local delivery and taxi apps when we didn't have a local SIM number. The room was large and comfortable with good Wifi and heated floors.

We liked literally everything. The staff, especially receptionist Kabyl, was so nice and friendly, always ready to help. The room we stayed in was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed to. And a dessert compliment from the chef made us feel very special. Breakfast was so yummy.
