Terrible experience from the second I walked in.
Terrible experience from the second I walked in. Not given the room I booked and charged a smoking fee when we didn’t smoke in our room. Cancelled out room keys without warning or communication of any kind and threatened to kick us out in the middle of the night if the room smelled like smoke. That’s a guarantee if you turn the A/C on. Heavy stale smoke smell from the A/C unit when running. Charged $391 for 1 night because it was a business trip and we needed SAFE accommodation. The owner who yelled at me as I walked in and said he went thru our belongings until I started recording. BEWARE OF ROOM 207! You WILL pay a smoking deposit and be treated poorly the second you walk in. We were in shock with how things happened there! We felt like we were just scammed!Guest review byVan Laanen - 8.0

The gentleman that checked me in was nice, but he seemingly wanted to rush through everything to where I had to ask questions. He was also the same checkout person in the morning. I assume they are u derstaffed and he's overworked. He seemed to do his best though. Breakfast was decent too. Super friendly staff, housekeeping definitely takes pride in their work here, the room wad spotless. I liked the little sitting area out back with the beautiful flowers too.
