This hotel is AMAZING! We very much enjoyed our stay as the rooms were super large, rennovated, very clean with a super comfy bed and a really large washroom! There was nothing not to like! The hotel has a great vibe going as there were many conferences and events going on while we stayed (it was a Friday night) so even though it was in the suburbs it had a really lively atomosphere. The pool was great too! There was a large shopping plaza across the street which was super convienent and it was located just off the highway which made for easy travels the next day. We stayed the last night of our trip here and being super tired we opted for a night in and the entertainment was excellent! There were so many TV stations to choose from so we were able to enjoy some great movies, a great mini bar fridge and the bar/restaurant was open late downstairs for any late night snacks. All in all a great stay and excellent value for money. Would stay again!

    5 Huge Stars to the Staff, room size, cleanliness, parking, wifi, and location. Felt safe. So much shopping. Loved the recliner, kitchen, hardwoods, bathroom, and desk. The bed was nice. Clean. Just bring earplugs. The walls are made of paper and you hear everything above and next to you.

    Rooms are on a request clean basis.

    Rooms are on a request clean basis. We asked that they freshen the bathroom after the first night. That wasn't done. We has to go to the desk to retrieve fresh towels, a roll of toilet paper, and box of tissues. Second day, we told them what happened and this time asked that they make beds, clean bathroom and provide more towels. That didn't happen either. The room was exactly as we left it and again we had to go to the front desk. Total lack of attention and service. We were very disappointed.

    Dirty. They didn’t even give us any towels!!! No towels at a hotel??!!! Front desk was nice but our first room was so filthy and smelly we had to change it. Second room at least sheets were clean and it had been vacuumed. No towels though. Even after we requested them. Although, those were probably filthy as well. Insane. What is going on with the hotel world post covid?? Will never use this chain again. Filthy.
