I was very disappointed with our stay at your hotel on 12-7-24. First, your pool was closed. I called 4 days prior to our stay to make sure the pool was open. I was told YES! I drove out of my way due to your supposed pool availability. My 5 year old granddaughter and I planned a special night at your hotel. We arrived and were very excited to go jump in the pool. Imaging the disappointment of a little girl who was looking forward to swimming with gmom. Also, the coffee maker did not work and several black hairs were seen on our sheets. They definitely weren’t ours! Breakfast is open till 10:00. However, the 2 women who worked it closed off the area at 9:35 before we arrived. We went under the strap closure with their permission, however, several items were already cleared away such as bacon, pancakes, etc.Guest review byDanielUnited States - 8.0
I was in town for a wedding.
I was in town for a wedding. This area has everything you need no matter the reason for your visit. Great value, decent enough continental breakfast for that value, and a pleasant staff 24/7. Check out the Iron Whale (about 20 minutes away) for a great meal and picturesque time out. The Park Loft is a STUNNING venue for a special occasion. Other hotels are nearby and easily accessible and there are tons of options for shopping— especially if you’re last minute like me. :-)Guest review byJessicaUnited States - 6.0

Convenient location, friendly staff, room had keurig coffee maker, three K cups, small fridge, safe, very comfortable bed, nice tv, lounge type chair, desk and swivel chair. Breakfast had many options, even some kosher ones. Negative- the room had a smell when we walked in. Also, there was a printed card with instructions on how to use the shower knob but it was so difficult that I never wound up using it.Guest review byLarryUnited States - 2.0

The owners are not customer focused based. The key card everyday had to be reauthorized, maids never came in the room to take out trash or replace soap, towels were worn and threadbare and never replaced. My sister had to go out and get fresh washcloths. The pool was out of order, the bicycle in the gym the pedal straps were broken so the bike was inoperable. I have traveled the world and never did I have to pay for my stay upon checkin plus a $150.00 deposit for incidentals when there were none. The guy checking you in was rude.
The guy checking you in was rude. First hotel I've been to and computers go down and front desk act like your bothering him when asking for a receipt. House keeping don't do there job because you pull the cover back and sand is in the bed then they give you stained towels and you see them cleaning a room and ask for clean towels and they say they don't have any . Terrible place to stay.
Terrible place to stay. Staff except font desk was horrible. We asked for the manager they could not find him. The assistant manager was rude, treated us with disrespect and refused to give us his name and the corporate office phone number. Police came and wrote a report which they are sending to us and we are sending to corporate office.
