A very comfortable older home off the main road. Woodsy feeling which was nice and a very private yard. Not close to beaches and a bit of a drive to the closest town. Vineyard Haven was a quaint part of the island that I'm glad we stayed because it was quiet after 9pm to get some quality sleep after a long day. There are great restaurants and shops to consume one day and then take a dip in the water. If I had to do my trip over I would break my days up to stay in Oaks Bluff and Edgartown just to have different experiences and catch a comdey show and walk back to where we stay instead of bus back. Getting around is super easy because the buses run 15-30 mins of each other. Getting a bus pass is $8 for 64 years and younger and $5 for 65+. A day pass will keep for the next day so be careful not to throw it away! Overall my stay was excellent cannot wait to visit again.Guest review byChoice-Wilson - 10.0

It was a wonderful place with many things to do and places to explore. Tip if you go for the sunset at Menemsha beach and want to order from Larsens seafood (which everybody does) call your order in early in afternoon and just pick up. The peace and quiet, coupled with the lovely decor is so easy on the mind. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. There is no tea or coffee machine but there is a great market next door that sells lots of items for breakfast and is very reasonable.
