Downstairs King room unavailable when I checked in so they upgraded me to Downstairs King suite. Really nice. This property is special and is located with easy access to all the restaurants in Taos.

Wonderful breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed. Great hot water. They provided all that we needed for our visit to Taos.

So many things to do in the house, which was great, especially for the kids. The beds were comfortable, loved all the game options, the kitchen had everything we needed (and some)! The house was a great stay!

It's on a dead-end road with a nice open area behind the property which was great for our two Labs. It was also a great place for sunset photos! It was just a pleasant area all around. I had spoken to Sara on the phone prior to our arrival and she met us when we got there. She was just as friendly in person as she was on the phone. We met Bob later on and he was just as gracious a host throughout our entire stay. A tasty breakfast was served every morning. The common room has books & games. There are several inviting common areas outside as well. They were understanding when our 10yo yellow Lab Piggy got sick in the bed (ugh). I tried to rinse out the bed cover; I managed to make it worse and created even more laundry for them (double ugh). They were easy to reach when we needed extra towels and prompt with their delivery. The room itself was clean, well-kept and quiet. The water and room temperatures were easy to regulate (this mattered A LOT after the night we'd just spent elsewhere). We 100% recommend staying here!
