Beautiful hotel, gorgeous and spacious room. The staff was lovely and the hotel is located in a peaceful location. The view was spectacular and perfect for stargazing!

This place is just amazing, not only the house but overall place. The staff is friendly, helpful, and communicative. This is a ranch with animals that kids (and adults) can visit and pet. Owners were so kind that they introduced us to baby goats, explained how to behave around them, and let us go into the fenced area. At the reception area, they have an engaging souvenir store and breakfast area where everyone can find something for themself (super happy for gluten-free options). Everywhere can be sensed amazing feeling for interior and landscape design - everything is done with perfection and attention to detail. We all loved the pool area - they have several saunas, a unique outdoor pool with (heated/cooled) resting pavilions, a jacuzzi, a grill with tables, and a fire pit area. It was made very thoughtful. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Great location to visit the National Park. Large cosy room with massive comfy beds. Great shower. Beautiful, inviting lobby area with spotless toilets. As a tea-loving Irish woman, the kettle in the lobby was much appreciated!

We enjoyed our stay in the house and the surrounding area. An additional attraction were very friendly animals: goats, ponies and dogs with whom we spent the morning over coffee. The house is well equipped and spacious. We would like to stay there longer when visiting this area next time.

Rooms are very nice and clean. Very close to Capitol Reef National Park. Complementary Breakfast was fine, could be better but still pretty good.

I had a wonderful stay. Room was clean and good. The restaurant, part of the premises, served great food. Portions were reasonably large. Would recommend staying here.
