Nothing the lady working the front desk is disgusting u call on phone she was rude unconcern and when I go to property the location across is a low quality hotel folks hanging out drinking playing loud music so I go in ask if it’s safety to stay I’m driving a 2022 Mercedes with 1 kid the front desk clerk said u will not like staying here I can cancel ya room just a nasty experience so I said ok and I left to find a room in a safe atmosphere and nice and friendly staff came to Mobile Alabama for a Convention 2/10/23 That employee needs to be fired

The staff was great. They didn’t argue with me about my service dog (you’d be surprised how much I get hassled). They called me to let me know I left my kindle and the method to get it back. Above and beyond!
