The staff was extremely helpful . I had written several weeks ago about how they had so kindly found my jewelry bag . They kept it and returned it to me a week later . I was overjoyed and appreciate La Toya and the reception staff for their honesty , kindness and definitely outstanding service .

The room was large and had wood flooring. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had the largest tv I’ve ever seen in a hotel room. The breakfast offerings were plentiful and tasty. We had caught the flu, so we were stuck inside for five days. It was the perfect room for being stuck indoors.

The biggest advantage of this place is its location – a stunning spot right on the oceanfront. A large, beautiful pool with plenty of sun loungers that was never crowded. The rooms are standard, with all windows facing the property and bathroom windows overlooking a rather noisy mini-golf course, but this was not a problem. Since we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, we upgraded to a better room on the second floor with an ocean view. What an amazing view and the soothing sound of the waves! If only the noise from the mini-golf area didn’t last until 11 p.m., it would be perfect ;) The landscaping is beautiful, there’s private beach access, and breakfast is brought to your room – everything was just right. Rooms also have refrigerators and coffee machines. Within a 10–15 minute walking distance, there are several restaurants; we especially recommend the one right on the shore – fantastic food and atmosphere, but it’s only open until 6 p.m., so plan for lunch, brunch, or an early dinner. The beach is wide, clean, free of litter, and never overcrowded. Truly, if we ever have the chance, we will definitely come back here.

    We love this beach & area.

    We love this beach & area. We've been 3 times now & will be back. Many great restaurants around most driving distance unless you like to walk a bit but only few minutes drive. A1A can get very busy but be patient & not too bad.

It's a family-friendly destination with a welcoming atmosphere, making it perfect for visitors of all ages. Whether you're building sandcastles, swimming, or just soaking in the beautiful views, this beach has something for everyone. I can't recommend it enough!

    nice beach have been here many times. historic downtown is very nice and go to light house, its a great tour. see the winery, chocolate. factory for the tour and great eats. everyone has to see this landmark at least once. we have been there many times and great for holiday lights

    I am a native Floridian, and Saint Augustine Beach is one of my favorite weekend destinations. I go there two or three times a year. The beach was replenished earlier in 2024, and the beach is now large and clean and an ideal family beach. Parking is free.

    This beach in long, wide, with beautiful sand, lined by sand dunes with sea oats, no massive (nor small) condo skyscrapers to spoil the setting, mostly private properties along the coast with intermittent small motels and apartment complexes.

    This hotel is absolutely classic in regard to its architecture and equipment. Very well-maintained and looked after, spotless and the staff is very friendly. We had been on a trip for 10 days, the other days we used Marriott hotels but this one was really standing out and superior to some of the Marriott's that we went to.

    The lady on reception was nice enough but the hotel should not have been open as just about everywhere nearby (including anywhere for food) was closed due to the approaching hurricane. We called in advance to check but clearly they just wanted to grab the money by getting us to check in.
