This hotel is perfect for visiting RISD and Brown University. As someone who came to visit my daughter attending college here, it was truly an excellent choice. The staff were all cheerful and friendly, and even on non-cleaning days, the housekeeping staff greeted me with a bright smile and kindly asked if I needed anything. The room size is spacious enough for two people to stay comfortably, and the hotel is exceptionally clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again whenever I visit Providence.

The bedroom was so clean and the personnel was so kind. We left a smartwatch and they called us as soon as they noticed it, they cleaned so early so they found it 10 minutes after we left.

    It was too late to find other accommodations in the location...

    It was too late to find other accommodations in the location I needed to be. The absolute horrible treatment to me by Manager Jenny was horrendous. The ONLY thing I did was call 3 times - 1 for towels - insufficient # of towels in room. 2 for the hairdryer - none in the room. 3 for the iron - none in the room. For her to cite 'Covid Policies and Protocols' is laughable. The FILTH in this place clearly shows the room hasn't been cleaned in MONTHS, or YEARS!!! Other people's clothes on the floor, pubic hair in the shower, mold and stench and food spatter all over inside and outside of microwave. Damage EVERYWHERE - furniture, doorframes, walls. I have reported them to the RI Health Department.
