We only stayed 2 nights with one real day. Didn’t see Deadwood, explore Keystone, except to see Mt Rushmore, didn’t have time to see Crazy Horse, or other places nearby. One full day for the Badlands and Wall (drug), and easily 1.5 hours at Mount Rushmore.Guest review byAnonymous - 8.0

Rapid City is a wonderful city to visit.
Rapid City is a wonderful city to visit. There are bronze statues of all our presidents scattered around the city on corners. I got to experience a very joyous Pride Parade. There's a smooth combination of Native American culture with contemporary white culture. The Dakota Drum Company and Prairie Edge Shop & Gallery are across the street from each other at 6th and Main. Great breakfast, even if you show up really late - they keep refilling everything. The breakfast-room makes it really easy to start up a conversation with other travelers too. The location is perfect: Overlooking the town with a 'secret spot' nearby where you can watch the sunset.
