Just the excellent cofort of the bed, clean ad great smelling room. Breeakfast could have een better, but I had sleep in due to how comfortable te bed was.

Owner was very nice , felt like I've known him a long time . The room , bathroom & a/c unit was exceptionally clean & fresh . Very comfortable too . Wi Fi & cable service worked very well , very easy to use . The building & grounds are well maintained , liked the Swiss Chalet look . Lot'sa parking . Great location , couple minutes into Lk. George town , lot'sa shopping & food close by too . We'll be back in September .

    I had to change rooms because the original room was up a flight of stairs which I would have difficulty with a bum leg, as it turned out the motel did not have a back door so I had to walk around the motel to get in the front door. not very convenient but over all the room was adequate. just barely.

    I was looking for somewhere to stay for 1 night near Saratoga Race track. The prices are very high everywhere else. This was about 15 min away and the price was right. No bells or whistles but was perfect for what I was looking for.

    The best thing I liked was the indoor water park and the worse thing was no cash accepted anywhere on the property. Also I think the prices for the gift shops and the food and the hotel room is a bit expensive, I feel like they could definitely benefit more from making it more affordable for families so we could afford to visit more than once or twice a season.

    This was a last minute booking.

    This was a last minute booking. I booked this as a affordable place for party of three the closest to Saratoga Spring. So we got what we were paying for. It is nice if somebody wants to visit Saratoga Spring and Lake George since place is between. The hotel is pretty close to highway so it is noisy.

    Hotel was clean, rooms clean, breakfast adequate. It could use a little sprucing up but definitely worth the money and a good location to Lake George. There was an indoor pool, but would have preferred and outdoor pool.

    Queensbury is a great location!

    Queensbury is a great location! Right off the highway and just south of Lake George Village. It has tons of shopping at the outlets and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Close to many attractions. We love the whole Lake George area.

    Location, for sure. The Hotel manager was awesome and helped us out when our car battery died all of the sudden! On a Sunday ! A big thank you for your kindness really. Beds were comfortable, not noisy, good breakfast. I would suggest adding a love seat/small couch to the double rooms.

    the room was very spacious, very clean and very quiet (exactly what we had asked for) the staff were really friendly and helpful. this hotel was just what we needed after a long drive. the breakfast buffet was perfect too, try the cinnamon rolls you won’t be disappointed
