The staff was engaging and given to hospitality. The room was clean, smelled fresh, and everything was in order. There was nothing that stood out to me as dirty or out of place. It was a very good breakfast bar!

This cottage is amazing, it is fully equipped, includes a deck with grill, a screened porch, and is situated midst in a large surroundings with garden, lawn and trees. An absolute highlight is the house's own pond where you walk around or sit in the adirondack chairs to see and hear frogs, watch bunnies jumping around and grazing, and observe birds. This rental and its setting is quiet and beautiful, just a dream. The cottage is at the Keuka lake and 10' from Penn Yan, with shopping, wine tasting locations, restaurants, boat renting and more. The location is a short drive from Watkins Glen State Park with its 19 waterfalls, other natural wonders and lakes, and about 1hr drive from the wonderful Corning Museum of Glass. what else can you dream of for a relaxing vacation.

The location which is totally off the grid, perfect for a couples hideout. The cottage itself is very neat. Has a fully functioning fireplace, basic solar powered electricity and lighting. Outside seating arrangement, fire pit. Moderately comfortable 3 beds that can take four adults at max. It is definitely recommended for couples of group of friends looking for an adventure stay.

We had dinner it was good but very exspensive. And they didn't have a lot of stuff as the season was ending. That was never mentioned when we booked. The view of the lake was beautiful

    Adorable little town right on the beautiful Keuka Lake. Ate dinner one night at Keuka Restaurant which was outstanding. Town is centrally located to other points of interest in the Finger Lakes region. The Outlet trail with its waterfalls is an easy walking trail.

    Great little finger lakes town with good coffee, shopping, and pizza. Nice 7 mile bike or walking trail along the creek that has the perk of waterfalls. Houses surround the lake and you need to go to the state park for lake access. Visited for a wedding and was nicely suprised by the cute town. Visit The Nest Egg, Staving Artist Woodworking, and the Thrift Shop.

    Union Block Italian restaurant was totally the bomb. The Hampton was also super for the food and cocktails. The older gentleman in the bar was super. His knowledge of cuisine and mixed drinks was incredible. Getting around Penn Yan was fairly easy. The hotel has a map of the immediate area showing routes and wineries close by. It was super helpful.

    We have stayed there before.

    We have stayed there before. It was obvious they are short staffed and struggling to keep up. We experienced the time before this stay that the rooms were not ready by 3:00. We arrived after 5 and got right in, but there were other people waiting in the lobby.I know help is hard to find in these troubling times. Hopefully that will improve. The bathrooms are poorly lit. It would be nice to see those improved.

    It was a wonderful place.

    It was a wonderful place. Many places including restaurants are within walking distance. Also, wineries along the Seneca Trail are in proximity to the Hotel. We ate at the Keuka Restaurant (reservations recommended) and had a delicious meal. The service was great.

    Bathtub was plugged room wasn't swept from pervious guest there was food along the bedside where comforter hangs view of lake was good and sunset need more fire pits should of got a discount on breakfast since it was just a plain brown bag

    The size of the room was great. the pillows & bed were very comfortable. No shortage of hot water in the shower. The microwave in the room is a total bonus! Enjoyed the small table in the room also so we could enjoy a meal without having to sit on the bed like most hotels. Highly recommend.
