I had to leave before breakfast but from the time I got there till the time I left was the most exceptional customer service and cleanliness!! And my furry pet was treated so well!! Definitely recommend!!!

We didn't have breakfast. The burners in the room didn't work. The water in the shower didn't get hot enough. Overall it was great for what it was. Just a night away from home with my husband.

Outside had a lot of space and parking, the grounds could use a little sprucing up, the inside of the room was surprisingly a wow factor not at all like the outside!!!!!

It was a very charming property. The rooms were nicely decorated. We especially enjoyed the communal areas (e.g. kitchen, dining room, parlor), where we had a wonderful time chatting with other friendly guests. We also ended up catching the tail end of a nice folk concert (Mac McAnally) at the Grand Magnolia Ballroom on the same property (not too noisy at all if you're not attending), which they just let us wander into since it was in the last 30 minutes or so.

    Bring extra pillows. The ones provided aren't amazing. The bed was great. The little two burner cooktop and full size fridge was perfect. It felt like a small apartment. Everything was updated and colorful. It was really quiet and it smelled very clean.

    Walking in there was a welcoming feeling. The decor was lovely. Hikem and Maddie were very pleasant! On returning the night clerk was super helpful. They were so inviting, so pleasant I hate I can't remember their name but they looked like sweet little angel!! Seriously!! October 4 night clerk truly a great employee 👏🏽. Saturday morning breakfast was delicious 😋. The young lady who waited on us was very patient and kind. I believe her name was Stephenie. If lm back in the area your hotel will be my place!!

    I had reservations over Christmas, wen we got there noone was there to check us in so we waited a guy outside said he been there waiting for over a hour so we had to leave and find a different hotel
