A big surprise, unexpected quality in an area that really needs a change in terms of hotel quality. It starts with a great welcome, I arrived after 20 hours of flight around the world from another trip, staff super friendly, showing me everything, introducing me to their perfume collection right at the entrance. When I realised the hotel does not serve alcohol/wine due to their spa policy I was initially shocked. But for guests like me, arriving after such a long flight and not willing to get some wine myself from the shop next door, they bring you complementary wine. That was such a positive surprise! The spa treatment was also very special, a great place, especially if you travel for business like me, to relax and have a break after or before a stressful day!

I had a good stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Buffet breakfast and dinner options were available daily, which was convenient and had a decent variety. The location was a big plus—very close to Universal Studios, making it easy to get to the park. Overall, it was a nice experience!

    I always love to visit Orlando and have been multiple times!! This particular visit was a bucket list vacation gift from my dad for our family. We visited Disney World & Universal Studios for a week. The new EPIC park at Universal Studios is a smaller park, but a definite & exciting must see. It was easy to get around Orlando, however, there are lots of toll roads and traffic peak times vary. The rainy weather can put a damper on certain outdoor activities and rides at the theme parks but there are always lots of indoor activities until the rain subsides. There's lots of local shopping, restaurants, souvenir shops and site seeing to do. Along International Drive, near the convention center, there are lots of places to visit like ICON Park for The Wheel, Madame Tussauds Wax Museum, the SEA LIFE Aquarium, Topgolf, WonderWorks and Ripley's Believe It or Not! Cocoa Beach and other beaches are not too far off the beaten path. There's fun for every age. I will warn you to check with the visitor's center to ask when the European crowd will be in Orlando. Their school breaks are very different than our typical American summer and holiday breaks; and their presence can affect crowd sizes and wait times. Orlando is packed with fun and adventure for families, couples or solo travelers. So plan a trip and have fun! Signed, The Texas Traveler

    It was an awesome city.

    It was an awesome city. A lots to do based on your family desires. Seafood restaurants were great. Walmart was not far from us. Everything you need right there..waterparks, grocery stores, entertainment, and restaurants.

    I lived in Orlando in the past and wanted to take my kids to see KSC and Sea World. Too bad we were caught in a thunderstorm with lightening, which meant SeaWorld closed early but that is typical of FL.

    I think Orlando has a lot to offer, not only in theme parks but it is in general relatively accessible. In spite of the theme parks, mostly not overcrowded. There are nice malls in the area. Most things are relatively close by.

    Amazing place to stay if you are a golf nerd. The history and feel of Bay Hill is just awesome. Food and drinks is very reasonably priced. You could play (if staying) for $105 plus tax. To play where the King hosts Bay Hill international is a no brainier. Staff were so helpful with a brief history tour. A must do if staying near Disney or Universal.

    Very nice hotel in the international drive and near universal parks. The hotel has free parking and in the area there are many restaurants and shops. Great surprise, the free drinks and the kickback, including mac & cheese, burgers from 5.30 to 7:00. Totally recommended
