The house is located in a peaceful place. The house itself is really nice equipped with a large and deep swimming pool. The house can easily hosts 12 people with all equipments you may need. The kitchen in particular is fully equipped with modern and efficient equipments. We warmly recommend this place to stay for North LA.

    The property is a gem. My whole family from Jersey truly enjoyed their vacation. The place is extremely beyond my expectations, and everyone really enjoyed the pool all throughout our stay. It surely is like a home away from. Zaven is sucj a wonderful host and would attend to any questions we have had. We will definitely be coming back for our future vacation..     Big living area was a treat after the hotel. Big kitchen. For kids pool is a necessity. AC worked very well (this is The Valley in summer). Grandkids rated this the best AirBnB of the 10 day trip to SoCal.
