That we could get tea at any time. Breakfast was basic but perfect. The rooms were spacious and clean. All the amenities available as a microwave and fridge worked perfectly. The only problem was that after 10:00 there was not a attendant at the front desk.

I will always choose avid even if it is 10 minutes further than I would like to stay from my destination because I always know what to expect. Soft beds you sink into, safe/free/available parking, wonderful selection for breakfast, super friendly staff, and always feels safe no matter what area. Absolutely loved that this location had a pool although I didn't stay long enough to use it.

A very nice hotel close to the airport with free airport shuttle, convenient to reach the downtown by blueline train. The room was spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was fine. Polite staff.

    The hotel staff was unresponsive, and there was a lack of drinkable water available on the premises. Despite offering to pay extra for water, there was insufficient supply. I initially made my reservation through Booking.com, but unfortunately, it was not accepted. As a result, I had to make a walk-in reservation late in the evening.

    I booked because I like that there is private parking for...

    I booked because I like that there is private parking for guest and it’s affordable. However, I was disappointed because I booked 2weeks before our trip and it is confirmed but when I checked-in after midnight, they said there is no reservation for us. I even show her the booking number but insist that there’s nothing like that and they cannot accommodate us because they are fully booked. They should call me first if I need the room or I cannot arrive on time but nobody called me. Me and my kids came from a long exhausting trip and want to just sleep for few hours because we will go to our next destination. I’m so disappointed and upset. I will never book again a property that ask pay at the property. Because if you missed the check-in time, they will cancel it without calling.

    If you plan on using the pool don't check in there. Absolutely filthy. Was told there was no updated filtration system in place. Since we had anticipated swimming I feel I should receive a partial refund as not as described.

    I liked absolutely everything.The hotel and the room are clean, no foreign smells, good bed, comfortable. Breakfast includes scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, bacon, sausages, yogurt, milk, pancakes, juice, coffee, egg, bread. Everything is delicious.We were lucky. Even the church is within walking distance!
