Excellent staff and rooms and very comfortable beds. But what I liked most was the problem-solving skills of the staff. When I arrived I was told my reservation was cancelled because I didn't respond an email I got while on a ten hours flight. Aurelio set my up with a nice room although the hotel was packed. After further investigating I even got the room rate from my cancelled reservation. (150$ cheaper). Why is that important? Because the true quality of service shows when problems arise. And the team of the EBHotel handled id excellently. We'll be back.

Location (nice, quiet neighborhood), market close, Dolphin mall close. This place was as described. Pool was heated and open untill 11pm, pool area nice! Views amazing!! We loved it! Hotel staff were very friendly! Room was very spacious, clean and everything in there was perfect.

Where do I start? The location wrt the bay, convenience shopping, the suite facilities with the kitchenette, the courteous doormen. Everything about this place was just the cherry on top to the beautiful place that Miami is. And that is coming from a pair of mother-daughter who weren’t there for the partying!

I loved this hotel! Great location, just don't walk south of 22nd because it does get a bit sketchy (I was a solo woman traveller and felt safe the entire time though, so don't worry). Rooftop pool was so nice! Wish it stayed open a bit later than 530pm though

    Great stay at The Alea! The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect—walking distance to Bayside, Bayfront Park, and great restaurants, plus just a quick drive to South Beach and the cruise port. Would definitely stay again!

    Came for a cruise was there over night prior to the cruise. Just make sure you are aware what time the counter of your departing flight open see set in the Ft. Lauderdale airport for 5.5 hours before the counter opened so we can check in .

    I am not a big city person.

    I am not a big city person. Too much traffic and to many people for me but each to his own if you like this sort of thing, you will love Miami. Also, would help you if you could speak other languages I could not so it was hard to communicate during some of our interactions.

    I only go to Miami just to get a flight.

    I only go to Miami just to get a flight. Miami is not nice at all for me. Super expensive and not worth it. As you go out of Miami towards Aventura I like it more, and if going to Fort Lauderdale much better. Also I prefer to go to Naples, this place is paradise, but Miami is not nice at all for me (its almost a caos, full of people and very expensive). the other locations I mention have a better standard at a lower price.

    My family had a layover in Miami, we explored the Wynwood walls and the area around it, then headed to Little Havana and had a lovely stroll on Calle Ocho. Given the limted time, we saw quiet a lot and the overall experience was great!

    So different from everyday life with wonderful weather & exceptional views. Loved the shopping & also strolling round the waterfront at Bayside. All the people we came into contact with (including a lot of uber drivers) were so helpful & friendly. We stayed a few days prior to a cruise & a day after.

    We stayed in a double queen room, large and spacious with comfortable beds. The room was very clean and had a bath which was handy having young children. Large impressive lobby upon entry to the hotel. Front desk staff were polite and very helpful. Hotel is in the heart of Miami and about a 20 minute drive to South Beach and 10 minute drive to Miami Port. Great Wifi access throughout hotel. Large and delicious selection of breakfast options in the restaurant buffet.

    This place was brilliant, lovely relaxed area of Miami which we really enjoyed after staying in south beach. We wished we’d done the whole stay here. The apartment literally has everything you need. The host is exceptionally helpful on suggestions and tips on the city and surrounding areas.

    Location worked for us. Near to airport and easy to drive to South Beach and various areas of interest in Miami. Room was very big and spacious. Breakfast was very good although it felt bad to use plastic disposable plates and cutlery.

    Great location if cruising! Can jump on the 100 bus if you want to head to south beach (about 20 minutes), also next to the metro mover! Really cool stylish hotel and the staff are wonderful! Also loved the pool area!
