The location. The staff were wonderful especially the one at the front desk Kelly or Kerry, I think that is her name, she is on the plump side. She went out of her way to help carry my luggage up the stars to my room. She is a great asset to the hotel. Other staff too are good like the young gentleman at the reception too.

I think breakfast could be more optional as some maybe vegan (leaving meats out of egg omelettes) providing more veggie options and staff should be more considerate to customers needs.

Breakfast was nice. There was a good variety of food to eat. The accommodations of the hotel were excellent. The room was spacious and very clean. It was a cozy and comfortable stay. I can't really complain about anything during my stay.
