CanadaLove how the rooms are decorated so different from all the regular motels. The larger fridge and freezer, as we travel with a picnic that needs to be kept cold for the next day of our journey. The staff are lovely.

IrelandThe word that immediately springs to mind is “Oasis”. The Mission De Oro is incredibly beautiful, extremely comfortable, impeccably clean and the the staff were lovely. There was live music the night we were there which drew us out to sit by the fire pit and listen. All in all a wonderful stay

United StatesThe breakfast was outstanding. I think the attendant's name was Sue. She was very friendly and attentive. She made sure my dad had a comfortable chair and got him his juice/coffee. 😊
We also loved the ADA bathroom. My father is 91 with mobility issues. The bathroom was one of the best we have had!

My motel was on the edge of downtown so I took a long stroll to check things out. Not much to see, to be honest. Blue collar town, clean, more fast food chains than local restaurants. Some of the stores were boarded up but I guess that's just America now. Not particularly charming. Don't see it as the type of place one would go out of their way to visit. I stayed there because the internet told me it was exactly halfway between where I had been (Redding) and where I was going (Santa Barbara).Guest review byBobUnited States

It was nothing special but the bed sheets were clean. The rooms need some updates, dusting, and walls cleaned, and a door lock. The door only had the bolted lock. Not the other classic hotel lock that’s on the wall and you flip it. The wall lock was broken. But hey. I slept good, in a clean bed. There was free wifi and parking.
