I absolutely loved the location, it was so Nicely situated between all the shops, you've got so many options of shops in such close vicinity, which makes this such an ideal place to stay for anyone especially if you need to do some shopping. The parks/lake was really nice as well and close which was great for me as I loved walking around the park.

    This property is dated and some places appear dilapidated?

    This property is dated and some places appear dilapidated? Broken flooring, chaffed wood-work to name a few? Companies like "Booking.com" seem only interested in collecting revenue. These surveys are like 'window dressing,' a waste of customer time. They won't ever send their surveyors to check the facility in its entirety. Won’t participate in the future. Just so that you know even after couple of requests to provide charges for a 2 day vs. 3 day stay they could not provide one and ‘Booking.com’ most conveniently has yet to make amends.

    That was a terrible hotel.

    That was a terrible hotel. In the morning it was this guy who was screaming out loud outside our room and he asked us. How are you and then when we said we are good. He started screaming that I asked you. Not a very safe place to go don’t go there.

    Perfect location and the breakfast was excellent!

    Perfect location and the breakfast was excellent! Shower curtain wouldn’t stay in the tub. Entire floor gets wet. Must get very quick shower. Only handheld no shower head. Very difficult for a disabled person. Bottom of bathroom door is rotten from the wet floor.

    The steps to our room were crumbling with a broken caution tape that had been tied across. The floors had large stains. The door to our room didn’t reach the floor for a seal. The bed was lumpy with a huge hole in the middle. IIr was loud all night with yelling from the parking lot and we think we heard gun shots in the distance. We are not from this area and it made us nervous. I requested cancellation of my second night reservation and had nothing but a run around!! Told the manager would call me. No call and they don’t answer the phone!! I am angry with myself for not taking pictures!!

    The room was run down and wasn’t very clean.

    The room was run down and wasn’t very clean. I’m pretty sure the sheets were clean but the bed didn’t smell fresh and it was uncomfortable. The bathroom was disgusting! To make matters worse, I saw a cockroach on the bedside table the last night we were there. (Like fools we stayed four nights here.). We smelled pot outside our door every day and in the stairwell. And if that’s not bad enough, we had loud neighbours and we didn’t feel safe.

    Room was not clean (dust/dirt in room, mildew/mold in bathroom, rust spots in tube, ice machine not working, staff very rude when I ask a question in reference to refunding safe fee and deposit), etc.

    Nothing was good about my experience here ! The whole staff was racist towards me from time of my checkout , until police were called on me for no reason. Pool dirty , hotel bathroom , beds were dirty and room smelled like urine. Would not refer anyone to ever book there !!!

    I liked the bathroom. I liked the biggness of the hotel room (we stayed in room 205 and 206). I liked it is well equipped with furnitures. I appreciate specifically the receptionist Raggy, and the others. I liked the views outside from the hotel room.
