A Beautiful Retreat with Exceptional Hospitality I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful property, and I must say, it has quickly become like a second home for me, all the way from Romania. The location is stunning, nestled in a beautiful lakes area that feels serene and peaceful—a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The management is incredibly professional and kind. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The servers are just as amazing—always friendly, attentive, and welcoming, creating a warm atmosphere throughout my stay. Every time I return, it’s with a big smile, knowing I’ll not only enjoy the property but also reconnect with the wonderful people who make it so special. Great location to sports fields as well as grocery stores and restaurants! Quiet location and very private with the fenced in yard. Hot tub was a plus! Owners of the apartment check in with you before, during and after your stay which is amazing. very friendly hospitality and their priority is that you have the best stay imaginable.

We picked this property for a 2 night stay to attend concerts at the Bank of NH Pavillion. Easy to find, easy to travel to the venue. We appreciated the space in the unit, the well stocked kitchen for utensils and equipment. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for 2 travelers was great. We made use of the pool (but no other facilities) and enjoyed that.

    We love coming to this area and have been coming since I was...

    We love coming to this area and have been coming since I was a child. There is a lot to do and see in this area. We’ve been going to the Bank of NH pavilion the last few years and it’s a great place. From our hotel in Laconia it took less than 15 minutes to get to. Getting around Laconia is easy. Great views.

    The hotel was very good.

    The hotel was very good. It surpassed our expectations since other reviewers rated it so it received a 7.7 score. This is unfair. The rooms are clean, comfortable, bright, and spacious. The bathroom, however, is a bit tight. Common rooms had gracious space and the location of the hotel in the center of time is excellent. Plus we had a beautiful view from our room. We do not understand the mediocre rating given this hotel.

    Laconia is a great location on Lake Winnipesaukee with easy...

    Laconia is a great location on Lake Winnipesaukee with easy access to Lincoln, Mt. Washington and Conway. My husband is a ham radio operator and he was able to make several POTA (Parks on the Air) activations while in Laconia. We also drove up the Mt. Washington auto road so that he could activate a SOTA (Summits on the Air). Lots to do in the area!

    Hello! Laconia was beautiful as always! My niece Kaitlin and I stayed at the Birch Knoll Hotel this was our first time staying there. We had stayed in different hotels before when we came down from Maine for concerts! But now since we have discovered the Birch Knoll Hotel! Well we will definitely be going back there to stay.. everything was perfect! And the owners were so nice and helpful! And omg those comfy beds and pillows were like sleeping on a cloud. ☁️☁️ Thank you again! Kelly

    The only window in the room was sealed shut.

    The only window in the room was sealed shut. Had there been a fire and no escape through the hallway, no other way to get out. Also, there is rubber padding around the entrance to the hot tub. There isn’t to the entrance to the pool. The tile is extremely slippery. When I exited the pool to walk to the hot tub, I slipped and fell, hitting my head. I went to the front desk to let them know so maybe they would remedy the situation. They did ask if I would like to file an incident report and I told them no. I just wanted them to be aware so they could look further in to a possible fix before someone else gets hurt. Oh

    This is a great vacation area.

    This is a great vacation area. Very pricey and is definitely not as welcoming to visitors as it should be. Have been going here for over 40 years and seems like all attractions are being closed for ne condo complexes.

    Not much, I tried to stay out of the hotel as much as possible. I couldn’t get a refund since I had booked through booking.com. Never will I make that mistake again!
