The staff are all wonderful. They were all so friendly and helpful and went out of their way to ask if everything was ok and as how we all were doing. The breakfast is awesome and fresh and had something for all of us (6). It was a great selection.

There was loud pounding for hours beginning at 5am that did not stop. I called the front desk several times and they would not do anything about it. They just said they didnt know where it was coming from so there was nothing they could do. And it was LOUD! I dont usually ever write bad reviews but I could not sleep at all here.

There was a virtual person at the reception… it was fun. Everything worked well. The studio was very complete and comfortable. I loved it and definitely would stay again. Great price! Totally recommend.
