Location is excellent and plenty of parking but the check in was horrible, it was at 10 pm and we were really tired from driving all day that’s why i did the reservation online, when I get there to check in it took like 30 minutes for the attendant to hand the keys, I gave him three credit cards and he kept trying to make it look like it was my fault his credit card machine kept saying error, and every time I try to put in my PIN number he says to tell him the number verbally because the window they have to do the transaction is so small I cannot reach the key pad to tipe in the pin. But I give him a credit card that doesn’t need a pin and the machine kept saying error, I end up paying with cash and after that took the guy another 15 minutes to finish paperwork and payment he was just to slow, really bad experience

Have read reviews about this hotel and was a bit worried, but as soon as I got my key went to check the mattress and didn't find any bugs. Room was overall really clean, windows had protections on the outside and was able to get some good rest. Had enough towels, hot water to take a bath and both of the guys that we encounter at the front desk were really helpful and really nice as well. Needed to connect to the WiFi and didn't have any issue. At checkout, they just checked our rooms really quickly and gave us our deposit back with no troubles.

Good location in Korea town, close to bus stops, metro only 2-4 bus stops away. For drivers there is a free and guarded parking lot. Korean restaurants, cheap supermarkets (El Super is the best) nearby and there is a good Mexican fast food restaurant on the corner (Pollo loco). Every morning there was coffee and pastries. The room was clean, air conditioning, wifi worked perfectly, was cleaned every day. Staff at reception are polite, guests are mainly Korean. Check-in and out time is the best (2 pm and 12pm). Payment was correct there was no deposit.
