Everything! Location was great. The accommodation had everything you need and was very clean. Loved the shower! Outside looked lovely but wrong time of year for us to use the pool. Can’t fault it.

Great location. Clearly newly renovated, everything was fresh, bright, clean and very spacious. Easy check in/out and good process for cleaning/amenities top up where they text every morning to see what you need.

The rooms looked like they had been recently modernised and had some nice touches to make life easier, e g. Phone charging point next to the bed, modern TV, fridge in room. It was quiet during our stay but the hotel was not full. Good tips from the owner where to go.

Very welcoming office staff. They could not have been more accommodating…going above and beyond. Pools were really nice and clean. Room was wonderful. Everything spotless. Fantastic modern bathroom. Comfy bed with plenty of pillows. Breakfast had numerous options.Coffee and tea available 24/7! Nice to visibly see cleaners and maintenance workers taking care of the hotel even the windows above the indoor pool. My wife and I liked everything about our stay there. We felt safe and would certainly stay there again if we get up that way. This hotel is a best kept secret!

the new renovations were worth it. the rooms are beautiful and clean, the staff were available and so friendly, and its the perfect area to stay in if you can't get a room right downtown. And honestly, i would stay here again even if there was room, i loved that you could rent bikes, have access to the pool and plenty of parking. we came for a wedding so didn't get to use the facilities, but when i come back to chatham later, this will be my first choice.

Beautiful room, bed was comfortable and the miniature soap/shampoo etc were Molton Brown so very impressed! Lovely host, really friendly and a really interesting person. Would recommend to family and friends without a shadow of doubt.

Did not have opportunity to use it. To cold. Would be really nice in season. Ate at Brax Landing on Rte. 28. Also ate at The Four Seasons in Yarmouth across from DMV. Had dinner at Scargo Cafe In Dennis across from Cape Cod Play House. Excellent! There in March which was out of season. Still very nice. Cape is great any time!!

    Beautiful landscaping, and can't beat the price. Great location near Harwichport downtown. Nice touches to the room like coffee machine and creamer, water and chips, and whimsical but tasteful decor. Pool was great to have. Allowed late check out and standard check in was quite early already. Cleaning staff lovely. Breakfast items available.

    I liked the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. However, wish it didn't have a blanket and bedspread. Most hotels now have a duvet or at least a sheet over the blanket. Who knows who slept under it before us!! It was a great location near the beach.
