United StatesJudy & Don, were the most perfect hosts! Custom made to own & run a B & B! The breakfasts were beyond explanation terrific! The Holly House itself was immaculate and it was easy to see that total loving care went into this place. If someone is looking for a getaway to find total peace & serenity this is the place to go!! We recommend it highly and we will go back! The area in Hamilton Georgia is also absolutely Beautiful with great roads leading to it!

United StatesMy entire stay was wonderful. We have property there, are from Tennessee. We generally stayed at a motel in pine mountain, however there were many issues, including the door not locking. I found this place on Google maps, and will stay there every time I go back now!! Such an improvement!!!!

United StatesStsff refused to clean feces off toilet after I told them twice as well as others guest complained. They instead put a out of order sign. The toilet worked fine. 6 different yurts used 2 showers 2 toilets already are down to just 1 toilet. They didn't even put more tissue. Restrooms never clean and left unsanitary .They even drove past the restrooms with cleaning supplies on golf cart twice. I felt so disrespected and it may sound silly but vulnerable. I'm a woman 100's miles away from home with 4 kids and the people I paid good money for hospitality (the business your in but melissa knows nothing about) I I expect a clean, safe, mostly pleasant space and they didn't even treat me decent. When I spoke to Melissa she offered no apologies, empathy, or solutions. She spoke over me and only wanted to speak of " they did or u did this" and such

Perfect place to stay for a few days to explore Callaway Gardens, which was just 10 minutes away! The Holly House innkeepers were very personable and gave us tips on restaurants in the area. The home was also good in a safe neighborhood with security in the home itself. Breakfast excellent! There was mold in the shower tile and the floor in bathroom was filthy. We did not get a serviced by housekeeping even though our stay was 4 days. We had to ask for clean towels and then go get them at the office. I understand these small independent small motels can not function as a large hotel.
