    Glendale was a good location with a lot of restaurants and activities. Phoenix is so big that we still had to travel to get to places of interest like the Heard Museum, Desert Botanical Garden, etc. Distances kept us from seeing some things we would have liked to see.

    Staying in Glendale depends on where you plan to spend your time. If your activities are in Phoenix, you'll spend a lot of time in the car in traffic. If your activities are more local, it is a great place to stay.

    Glendale is an awesome place.

    Glendale is an awesome place. I wish I had stayed longer to find out what more the place had to offer. I had not participated much in outdoor and nightlife activities. However, I went to the Desert Diamond Casino and dined at the Nineteen 89 Steakhouse, which was a fabulous experience. The cuisine was excellent and was well worth the money spent. I have seen a lot of great Golf courses in the area. They had plenty of stores in the area. I would have liked to see more sustainable food markets and grocery stores in the area. Overall, Glendale is a laid-back place to go if you are looking for a place to relax.

    I did not see much of Glendale I only visited the Desert...

    I did not see much of Glendale I only visited the Desert Diamond Arena that was a very nice place and the surrounding area seemed upscale. There seemed to be plenty of restaurants, shopping and entertainment venues in the area I was in.

    The room was not available.

    The room was not available. I have a receipt from another hotel for that date. I showed up but they informed me it was not available. You canceled me, I paid over $100 to Premier Inns in Tolleson, AZ. I can send you copy of portfolio. Refund my money. I am elderly and disabled

    Are you asking about the City of Glendale or the Motel 6.

    Are you asking about the City of Glendale or the Motel 6. City of Glendale looked a little tired. I was able to find a Golden Corral for dinner, which was fine. Downtown was kind of quaint, but the residential areas had seen better days. Motel 6 was also a little tired. It reminded me of a fortress.

    Very clean, great pool area, lots of towels for free to use. Texas Roadhouse restaurant just next to the hotel, great food and drinks. Outlet mall just next to the hotel. The front desk people were very nice and offering freee water all the time walking bye. Alex at the front was suuuuper! Easy parking, great breakfast! coming again...

    I stayed at Aloft for the Taylor Swift concert weekend and it was perfect!!!! It was a short walk from State Farm Stadium and the room was so comfortable. I also loved the decor and vibe of the hotel.
