We were there during Hurricane Ian. No power. Staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Somehow they put breakfast together.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt Place Coconut Point. Very friendly and efficient check in process. Same for checkout. All the staff I've been involved with have been professional and friendly. Very nice equipment and comfortable room. Outstanding mattress! The only thing that's missing is a microwave... But maybe it's on purpose. The pool is well sized, and the surrounding amenities more than suffisant. I will definitely come back to this Hyatt Place. It is as well walking distance from all the great shops and restaurants of the Coconut Point Mall.

Great location and easy to find and right on the 41 which made coming and going really easy. The property had a lake next to it which was really nice to see nature. Also there was a fun cool bar behind the hotel which was always really quiet but made for a nice place to meet people. The rooms were clean and perfect.

    Our favorite spot was The Promenade boutique shopping center which had not only cozy shops but deli's and restaurants and live bands in the evening. Not far from Estero is an incredible grocery store called Seed To Table. We always make it a point to go there. It is like nothing I have ever seen before with lots of fresh produce artfully displayed, restaurants and pubs upstairs and a whole host of food items that a regular grocery store would never carry - or probably would not even know about.

    The room was large and comfortable.

    The room was large and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great. There were a lot of options. I really liked the fresh fruit and coffee. The pool and hot tub looked great, but unfortunately we didn't have time to use them.

    Estero island has two state parks that are beautiful.

    Estero island has two state parks that are beautiful. Get there early for good parking. Estero island beaches are small and crowded. Various hotels and condos claim most of the beach for themselves. Parking can be hard if you are not there before 9:00 a.m. Forget an easy drive over the bridge to the beach if you do not get there before 9:00 a.m.
