We stayed for 3 nights in this beautiful apartment. The location is excellent. The room's clean, very bright and roomy. The building itself is brand new and extremely well maintained. We thank you to the concierge of Pierce Boston (Viviana snd friends) as they really assist us in everything and extremely helpful.

I will always choose avid even if it is 10 minutes further than I would like to stay from my destination because I always know what to expect. Soft beds you sink into, safe/free/available parking, wonderful selection for breakfast, super friendly staff, and always feels safe no matter what area. Absolutely loved that this location had a pool although I didn't stay long enough to use it.

    There is someone at the front desk 24/7.

    There is someone at the front desk 24/7. There may be no convenience store nearby but they do have water, soda and chips for sale for a reasonable price. There’s also a microwave in the lobby that you can use. The staff were nice too and told that I could have more coffee if I wanted.

    it is close to the airport and could be an attractive property but there is a location fee, the property is not updated, and many things like a fitness center, restaurant or swimming pool are not very inviting

    Excellent hotel, quality price value is fair.

    Excellent hotel, quality price value is fair. The reception and maintenance staff are all very friendly and attentive... My trip was to rest and we made it there, we could sleep late because there were no annoying noises and no people making a scandal in the corridors. We were able to enjoy our walks in the very pleasant pool area. Right next door there is a restaurant with very affordable food and drinks and good food, excellent for having a good time too... The hotel also has transportation service to the airport... The next time I return to Chicago I will stay again there and I highly recommend it to other travelers, it is a very quiet and comfortable hotel for executives, families, couples, etc.

    Hotel was not bad, clean, place smelled good, quiet, basic room no frills just good for short time stay. Would not stay there for a long stay since there was no fridge or microwave in room. But definitely a two or two night stay hotel

    I had reserved a suite. I told them I had small dog.

    I had reserved a suite. I told them I had small dog. The description of the facility did not say anything about a pet fee. When we checked in I was charged a $50 pet fee. I think that was to much for one small dog for one night. We are staying at Best Western and the pet fee is $15. Very reasonable. Also because of having a pet they removed me from the King Size Suite to a smaller room. The elevator was a hassle to use. Very slow moving and long waits use it. Our parking was a long walk .

    We arrived for breakfast, seated ourselves.

    We arrived for breakfast, seated ourselves. We waited 10 minutes before our server came over to tell us the Chef just went on break and would not be back for 30 minutes. We had to leave. There was a used dirty towel in our bathroom. There was no ironing board in the room. The TV in the living room did not work. The The AC could not keep the guest sleeping area cool.

    Apprehensive after reading reviews on various websites, however, negative aspects were unfounded. The area is industrial but felt safe, various reviews stated that fast food deliveries didn't operate to this hotel but it is not true. I didn't have any issues order food to be delivered! Overall a good hotel for one night prior to flying from O Hare. The shuttle bus is a good service too. The room was spacious and clean.
