The dinner is really good and we like the location, it was perfect for the train stop too. We appreciate that our luggage was already at the train station upon arriving late from our tour. We just regret that we didn't have time to give a tip to the driver of the red car that brought our luggage.Thank you so much.

Simple but well maintained and clean. Absolutely quiet and unforgettable atmosphere. Great starting point for Glacier NP. You don't need to reserve car entrance when entering the NP from eastern side. You can buy nice and really authentic goods in owners gallery and avoid buying Chinese junk at NP gift shops.

Excellent way to avoid the traffic coming into the park from the west entrance and you are going the opposite direction of that traffic. Also, access to other parts of the park on the east side and if you have your passport, you can go to the very northern part of the park in Canada.

The lodge was cool to see but very overpriced for no more than was included. The room was very small, and the bathroom was even smaller. Be handicapped with bad knees and feet the no elevators were bad. Saw lots of elders having issues with the stairs. Rooms had the very basic needs and no more. Very limited outlets for all the now daily things people have to plug in overnight. There was no small refrigerator for some drink or food storage. They did bring a VERY small refrigerator for my medicine which was the size of a large toaster at best. Lucky it was not hot. No air, just a box fan if needed. Liked I said VERY OVERPRICED for what you got. Would not stay again or recommend for anyone else to do so.

    I was actually slightly disappointed.

I was actually slightly disappointed. There is so much hype about Glacier on-line and for me it didn't quite match. I actually saw more named glaciers at Grand Teton NP. The road was in good shape and parking was doable (Pack your patience). I thought with a name like going to the Sun road it would be steeper and higher than it turned out to be. Bear tooth Hwy was better and we saw wildlife there

    Amazing trip!

Amazing trip! Didn’t let the partial road closures, rain 🌧️ or higher elevation snowfall deter us! Hiked 4 trails to 3 waterfalls for a total of 16-18 miles over 3 days! Live trials off of Going to the Sun Road!

We came in late to the property due to plane delays but were greeted by the friendliest staff. Beds were amazing and the fresh air was such a welcome. (No A/C in room but never missed it.) Coffee was the best ever and just a beautiful place to replace and enjoy the peacefulness of God’s creation. Would highly recommend. Oh and you can’t leave without having the breakfast buffet.

East Glacier Park is one of my most favorite parts of the world. The scenery is breathtaking. I grew up coming to this part of the world almost every summer so I have a lot of fond memories that I am now creating with my children. I can't do justice to the majestic views through my writings. One must see it in person to fully grasp the awe of this part of the world. Part of my heart still lives there. It is a must to drive to Many Glacier Lodge and take some hikes a long the way. We drove up to the border of Canada and took a small hike. Gorgeous, gorgeous mountains, pine trees, wild flowers, fresh air, and the energy of the area is a piece of Heaven.

This was a king suite with a sofa bed and kitchenette. We wanted to stay on the east side of Glacier National Park. You need no pass to access the Going to the Sun Road, plus it is less crowded. The room was sparsely furnished, but comfortable. There was a good Mexican restaurant, Serrano's, around the corner. We ended up not using the kitchen too much.

Could not say. When we arrived the reception told us that booking.com had overbooked us, so we had no room. But I had made the reservations months in advance and received messages from the hotel several times. Had to wait long time for them to get us another room in another motel almost 1 hour drive away. He even said that happened all the time...
