Really nice, chill common area. Fireplace and balcony in the room were cool to have. Good access to depo bay (although a bit of a steep climb up the hill if you're walking)

The location was wonderful. Beautiful view of the ocean, nice private beach, picnic tables, very comfortable bed and the room was nice and clean. In addition, they serve a great breakfast. I had biscuits and gravy, eggs, bacon, orange juice and coffee. My wife had eggs, muffin and a variety of fresh fruit with v8. Generous portions of each. Very pleasant stay!

    I have always loved Depoe Bay.

    I have always loved Depoe Bay. My favorite spot on the Oregon coast & the best place to see whales usually. Cute little town with very cute gift shops. Our only disappointment was the sea was very rough that day & our whale watching boat was cancelled along with all the others for the day. Not the fault of anyone, just weather.

    Depot Bay was great!

    Depot Bay was great! We got to watch a group of whales for about an hour down by the visitor's center. The little shops were fun to walk through and by little gifts, and the prices were reasonable.

    Location couldn’t have been better. Best in town,IMO.

    Location couldn’t have been better. Best in town,IMO. Hill was steep to walk up, but only bc Im old, ha! Woman in office was very sweet. Only thing I could think of negative was rooms need clocks. Just that. There is the wonderful restaurant across the street, ‘Tidal Raves”. High quality food and a stellar view. The walk down to the boardwalk has everything: cute shops, souvenirs, food, snacks, and the Whale watching Station too! I saw Sea Lions at the base of the bridge stairwells when you look to the lower rock ledge. There’s the view of the harbor, too. For me the price and value of this hotel stay was exceptional and unforgettable!

    Depoe Bay is a small hidden gem.

    Depoe Bay is a small hidden gem. I liked being there and having access to shops and the marina. Our stay was a WOW! The unit was incredible. We went deep sea fishing while we were there and my son saw bald eagles fighting in the air and got a video of an orca meandering up the beach. Pretty cool experience.

    Depoe Bay is a tourist destination, but cool none-the-less.

    Depoe Bay is a tourist destination, but cool none-the-less. No big grocery store, but tons of little shops so you can shop to your hearts content. A few good restaurants, which we enjoyed. The waves can be furious and we love that, when they hit against the safety wall and pour water all over everyone. No beachwalking here, but there are areas nearby where you can go if you're interested in that.

    Depoe Bay has one of the best views in the world, eat at...

    Depoe Bay has one of the best views in the world, eat at Burger 101 its amazing. But so is The Horn. They have the best shops to browse. To me its one of the best places on any coast. Sometimes whales are closer than when you are on a boat. Please remember when in Depoe Bay look to see if people are watching the waves from their car. Oregonians usually watch from their car because it rains a lot and we often order food and go sit at the wall. Its rude to stand in front of a car of people looking here. Especially if there is a sunset because we do not see them often in the winter.

    Amazing location with stunning views. Even had it's own private beach where you could see whales in the bay. It had a lovely friendly family run vibe and everyone was incredibly welcoming. I needed to handwash a few items and the guy who welcomed us Heath could not be more helpful as he stuck them in the tumble dryer for us. We stayed in over 10 hotels during our trip and this was one of the highlights.

    Very clean, well decorated and great location with an allocated parking space. Walking distance to the row of shops and whale watching area in Depoe bay. The toiletries and even flannel for make up removal were a great touch. We would definitely stay again
