great rooms that were big, bright and comfortable. Had all the amenities one required. Only thing I would complain about is the lift system where you had to flash your card and wait for the green light in order to press the button (trust me I have stayed in many hotels and this is really slow - a very unusual system)

great breakfast with more than you can ask for, starbucks coffee, fabulous pool and hot tub, pool towels are great, enough chairs around the pool, bathroom products were lovely, staff was the best. David at the desk was fabulous and the cleaning staff and breakfast staff were just lovely. kitchen had enough if you wanted to make a small snack. Nespresso machine in the unit was great and coffee was always available.

    this house beats staying in a hotel by far the house has everything you could possibly need very close to popular restaurant and shopping area and the beach we went to the beach using the three bikes they supplied we had a great time here. The inside of this house is beautiful. Well done home owners.i highly recommend renting this home when staying in the area

    I rated my experience as poor because my stay did not fully...

    I rated my experience as poor because my stay did not fully meet Fairfield's promise of a smooth and stress-free experience. I faced issues with housekeeping, as my room was not cleaned despite multiple requests at the front desk. Additionally, the staff's lack of attentiveness was disappointing. For instance, I received several Amazon packages during my stay, but no assistance was offered to help carry the boxes or use the cart to take them to my room. On a positive note, the hotel's location is excellent, being relatively close to many points of interest such as the port, malls, restaurants, and the main road. Additionally, the parking facilities were convenient and easy to use, which added to the overall accessibility.

    First of all the place was nice and the staffs was very nice and friendly. The property is located near the freeway, an easy access to the hotel. Across the street is a fish and chicken restaurant call Nemos, reasonable prices and the food was pretty good. I would come back.

    I love the restaurants, bars and shops along Atlantic Avenue...

    I love the restaurants, bars and shops along Atlantic Avenue. The town is very walkable. The beach is wide and clean. However, there are almost no restrooms near the beach. The vibe in Delray Beach is much more upscale and feels safer than many South Florida towns.

    Getting around Delray on a free golf cart operated by...

    Getting around Delray on a free golf cart operated by Freebee, a service that you can access with a download is great. You request a ride and they are generally there within ten minutes. Tip the driver. There is every type of restaurant, bar and retail store you can want along Atlantic Avenue and A1A. Deck 84 and Cut 432 steakhouse are favorites.

    Fantastic hotel in a great location. We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, and was able to park the car and walk everywhere. The beach is a 15 min walk, and Atlantic avenue is 5 mins away. The hotel itself is very clean, modern and comfortable. Really enjoyed using the gym and pool whilst staying. Breakfast was varied and very good. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again when visiting the Delray area.

    An hotel really well located since you can go and visit Delray beach just by walking, no need to use the car. There is a parking within the hotel which is very convenient as well. The staff people are all very nice and helpful, we were able to get our room earlier which was perfect. They give you keys room according to the number of people you are and not only because of the bed numbers. The rooftop pool is clean, with a nice view. The room is big and clean too.

    Very clean and charming boutique style hotel / villas just a few minutes walk to the beach, but also walking distance to Atalantic Blvd where boutiques and restaurants can easily be found serving great food. Premises were super clean, offering all needed amenities in the kitchen and overall apartment. Staff is super polite, friendly, and available if you need anything. Highly recommend place.
