Nice decor, but floors were dirty, ice machine was dirty, breakfast was supposed to be offered, but when we arrived 30 min before time limit, there was no breakfast to be had. i waited at the front desk for someone for ten minutes to check out and she kept insisting i checked out late, when the fault was on their end. it took them fifteen minutes after i called the number on the paper for someone to come downstairs to help me, i shouldn’t have been charged a late fee when i was waiting for their negligent employees to show up. the extra charges were outrageous, the receptionist was very rude insisting i give her $40 for “late check out” plus she wanted it in cash. saying she couldn’t charge the card on file or the hours would accumulate, “$20 per hour”Guest review byZoeUnited States - 2.0
