It's the second time I book this hotel, primarily for the location very close to the company where I work during my stay. But overall, I know what I get: friendly staff, quick check-in, super clean bathrooms/shower (very important to me), the ability to tune A/C or heating to my personal comfort temperature in the room (spacious, clean and comfortable) and a very decent breakfast buffet. The free WiFi works also spotless even with a VPN to my company servers to retrieve documents (I had not always the same quality in other hotels). As I work quite long shifts I don't use much of the other equipements such as pool or gym. Thanks to the desk for helping me out quickly with the tools needed to open my defect luggage lock.

    Awesome place to stay ! , all three consecutive nights I...

    Awesome place to stay ! , all three consecutive nights I stayed here it was very quiet because of the concrete floor above me, no walking, pounding or loud talking noises to keep me awake . The room was perfect ,no complaints. The pool and hot tub were in excellent working order, and my # 1 reason that is most important to me , I felt very safe staying at this location .

    I am so sorry! I wrote a review about this hotel that was supposed to be about a different hotel. This hotel is great! That's my mess up. I tried taking down my original review but it won't let me.

    I DID NOT GO THROUGH BOOKING.COM, I WALKED IN AND MY ROOM WAS PREMIUM CONSIDERED SHOULD THE RATING BE TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE WITH THE TRADITIONAL. PLEASE LEAVE ME ALONE ON THE SAME STAY IT WAS NOT FREE. WILL I COME BACK THERE? IF THE NEED BE YES AND THANKS.

    Great area for shopping and dining.

    Great area for shopping and dining. I was there for a family reunion and we took a side trip to Mall of America. It's about 1/2hr from there, so if my trip was to spend more time at the MOA I would choose someplace closer.

    The location is excellent, just minutes from great shopping and Bunker Beach water park. The hotel is very clean; I especially like the tiled floors in the rooms in this well renovated building. The shower has excellent water pressure. 24 hour coffee & tea is available in the lobby.
