The room was clean and stacked! Staff was very responsive when needed. Bathroom was clean! I highly recommend. Lots of parking! I will come back again or book from a different best western. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was responsive with refilling the food!

2nd time staying--Husband and I rode our motorcycles from Chico to visit friends in Placerville. I love this place because the desk lady is super friendly and it is in a beautiful location, plus Grocery Outlet is a 1-min walk away :)

Amazing historical hotel in a great old town. Carly the receptionist was lovely and was so helpful recommending restaurants and sights to see. She shared with us the history of the hotel which was so interesting. We would 100% recommend this hotel.

The problem with this hotel: You won't want to leave. You'll want to relax in the lounge, listen to an old Frank Sinatra record and retire for the rest of your life. The only workaround: Plan to come back as soon as possible.
