When we went into the room near midnight, we found the AC continued cooling and temperature was only 13 degrees Celsius. The kind lady on duty that night brought us blankets after figuring out the AC was dysfunctional. To our surprise, she also said we definitely should be compensated in this case and she would report to the manager. After a while, the lady came and told us the manager's decision. They gave us two double rooms instead of the quadruple room we booked and only charged us half the price of a quadruple room. It's unbelievable. We highly appreciated the lady and the manager of this comfortable hotel!

Very holiday atmosphere at this hotel. Pool had a tropical feel with palm trees and waterfalls. The tiki bar was fun with live entertainment on the Saturday night.Room was lovely. We even got to see a satellite taking off. Awesome.

    Hotels are close proximity to cruise port. Walking distance to hertz car rental with a free shuttle to cruise port . The Radisson was not worth 400 dollars a night to sleep there! Very old rooms and view of the back parking lot .

    There is plenty to do in the area and we took two air-boat rides, visited nature preserves and ate at several restaurants. Favorites were: Meg O'Maleys (Melbourne), Sunset Waterfront B&G, Preachers and visited Seafood Atlantic for fresh fish.

    I was on transit for a RC cruise and hence an overnight stay.Along the road not lots of restaurants but McD and Burger King are there.The restaurant I went was excellent a Greek restaurant with good food and very very lovely staff.

    Well we didn't stay too long. We stayed over night. Then we left early to go meet the cruise ship. We had a 6 day cruise and when we returned we had to go to the airport. So didn't do anything in Cape Canaveral 😕. Sorry. Wish we had more time to experience it.

    All staff were very nice. Breakfast was decent. AC worked well. It was clean. However I did not receive the rooms that I booked over 2months ago. (King suite with sofa bed and balcony) I returned to the front desk and I was told there were electrical issues with rooms I had originally booked.I was never informed of this, not by call, email nor at check in. The rooms were downgraded ( 2 queen beds,no sofa bed and no balcony) but yet I was told that the.rooms had the same rates. I found that to be quite suspect but.this was a family trip and I did not want to disappoint my grandson so I dealt with the situation at hand calmly and without debate.That part of the experience was upsetting and for that reason I will not be returning. It's actually ashame because all else went well.

    Not an upscale location but will definitely get there. A lot more trendy restaurants in the area. Not a lot of shopping unless you want to buy beach gear. 4 Street Filling Station is a good spot for you and your doggo. Breakfast there was very good. Dolphins Waterfront Bar and Grill is also very good. Cocoa Beach Spa is an excellent place to unwind.

    Restaurants in easy walking distance from the property as well as small minimarket type shops. Tikki bar around the corner with live music and good vibe and food. Close enough to the main road to jump onto public transport. Spacious property with everything you will need for a few days stay. Thoughtful gestures such as leaving washing pods, coffee, wine and beer. We really did not want for anything. Could see and hear a rocket launch from the open ground across from the house. Highly recommend if you do not want a hotel type of environment.

    Really liked that the bathroom had refillable pump bottles for hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Really comfortable shower and pillows on the bed. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.

    Cape Canaveral is great place to visit for holidays or for work. The hotel had very good location, many servicies to accomodate all needs. Rooms are big and comfortable. Staff was helpful.
