The hotel & room were very clean and new. We had a king room which i was extremely impressed by the size of the room. The reception staff were very nice, welcoming and extremely helpful we really enjoyed staying here. The breakfast was great as well. The hotel provided earplugs which i didn’t understand until during the night when I could hear the person in the next room snoring!! At first i thought it was my husband but this time - no - the noise was coming from the next hotel room. The new build walls must be thin - the free earplugs were greatfully accepted and used. Our overall stay was great and i would recommend staying here i would say 10/10 because how clean everywhere was.

Beautiful hotel, great room and very friendly staff. Staying in this hotel is an experience on itself. The place to stay in Biloxi when you don't want to spend the night in a casino. The location (and view) of the hotel is excellent, the whole hotel is very stylish. It looks more like a mansion than a hotel. They have an excellent pool. And by this all you would expect it to be very expensive. On the contrary, it is very affordable. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel very much.

This was a nice facility in a very good location with easy access to the main streets and casinos. Parking was free and hotel lobby, restaurant and rooms were clean and staff was accommodating, helpful, pleasant and courteous.

    Great location. Lots to do. We ate at Shaggys and the Sports Bar at the Beau Rivage. Wonderful food. Convenient to Ocean Springs and lots of shopping. Ran out of time so we never walked the beach or saw the aquarium in Gulfport.

    Being able to ride along the beach and stop and take pictures. Parrain's restaurant delivered way more than I ever expected. Saw it on the web and they exceeded. Very convenient shopping; souvenir city had everything in one stop so I didn't have to search far for gifts. Stores are so convenient that you forget you are by the beach

    Restaurants are available at multiple cuisines and prices - cheap to extravagant, so you have choices. All seem to be good. The beaches are amazing and clean. Museums and memorials are accessible. Things for all ages and interests are in and around Biloxi. Enjoy!

    I tried to reserve two more nights at the hotel but they had the days blocked out so I could not get 4 nights in a row. I tried to book July 2,3,4 and 5. They would only let me book July 4 and July 5. This was a big problem since I as driving 10 hours to spend my time there. I feel like they should comp me 2 free nights.

    Biloxi is a nice city. I really do like it. The only downside is that everywhere you go to eat is ridiculously expensive everything you drink there taste like toilet water. As long as you’re prepared to eat minimal and bring your own bottled water, you can enjoy yourself. The best place in the entire city to eat would be Mc Elroy‘s. I’ve gone there several times and it never disappoints. however, I do always spend $150 every time I go there with my kids and me.

    Biloxi was great. The strip has a lot of hotels and casinos.

    Biloxi was great. The strip has a lot of hotels and casinos. There is things for the kids to do. The food was great especially at Saltgrass restaurant and Snappers both had delicious food worth the money. City is beautiful very clean. I will definitely make another trip there and will stay on the strip again. Be sure to carry a cooler if you like fresh seafood you can go to the docks near Hard Rock Casino where all the fishing boats are and buy Shrimp, crabs and all types of fish.

    The hotel was very nice and the food on site was good. Parking availability was really great versus other locations that we did go visit while there. One of your staff members named Shimeta she was very friendly and helpful to us. We asked that our room be cleaned, and she had no problem is doing so.

    The check in went smoothly and the agent was so nice and accommodating! The room was dated but it was clean! The staff at the player’s registration was very personable. He deserves a raise! The casino was awesome! We ate at the Hard Rock Cafe food was good, however the service was not!
