BulgariaTo summarize my entire review: I don't understand how this place is not a 4-star hotel. It is surely headed that way!
The place. The property, where the hotel is located, is extremely large, and very well maintained, with such a beautiful garden and a stunning view - I repeat: A STUNNING VIEW ( bring binoculars!).
The room we stayed in was super clean and tidy and was very well furnished. What made the biggest impression on me were the massive wooden tables they have.
Staff. The staff is exceptional. They went out of their way to accommodate us on every occasion. Most notably, we arrived at 1 am at night and they ensured we were checked in. At night they would create a small bonfire for us to enjoy and sit around while having dinner. Absolutely top-notch service.
Breakfast. The breakfast was nothing like we'd had at a hotel before. So much food and so delicious. The breakfast itself is worth half the price of the rate you pay. We'd get freshly squeezed mango juice, an omelet, baked beans, potatoes, sausages, and a pot of coffee (2-3 cups) for each of us. So much food we could never finish it. Of course, items may switch around, but trust me, you will be fed like a king at this place :D And this is food cooked FOR YOU, not like other hotels do it where they lay it on platters and you pick what you want. NO! They cook it FOR YOU!
Host. We're speechless. The most down-to-earth, helpful, and sincere person we've stayed with. Always ready to go out of his way to accommodate a request, solve a situation, or help. Communication was exceptionally easy. All-in-all, this is the type of host you want to choose for your stay. A 1 in 1000 host.
Finally, a personal thank you to the staff and Richard: You made our stay unforgettable and we'll treasure our memories from your paradise for a long time!
