I had a lovely 3-night stay at Enshama Lodge. The lodge is very strategically located in Katunguru, with lots of opportunities to see wildlife straight from the lodge. The central building provides the largest and highest viewing platform of any of the nearby lodges, and I loved having my dinner there. The room I had was exceptionally spacious and very comfortable. Also the full-board included food was great, always tasty and nicely presented, with meat and vegetarian options discussed with you the day before. Everest, the receptionist and waiter, was exceptionally kind and helpful and made sure my stay was very pleasant. I would recommend and come back!

Fantastic welcome with cold towel and fresh juice. Quick check in. Excellent quality of food. Coffee was great. My tent with 2 beds and charging socket was lovely. The restaurant employee, Patience, and others took good care of me. The highlight was definitely John the elephant, who was there when I checked in and the next day during breakfast.

Friendly management and staff. Elephants and other animals seeing around. They organized a B-day party for my wife. The chef, Mr. Muhindo Davis was amazing. His meal creations and presentation of food were perfect. Mr. Mbabazi who served the food made sure, that we felt like royals every day.

The cottages are very clean and spacious. Together with the pool and sitting area it really is a fantastic place to stay. The staff is super friendly and the food was the best we have had in Uganda.

This Lodge is great, all stuff members are very friendly, even lovely, polite and very helpful. Breakfast and all the other meals were good and tasty - and always on time ! We stayed there for three nights and every day the beds were made and the garbage was taken out. We did not have that in all the other places. Great job, hopefully this Lodge has a secure future. We would stay there again.

This place is amazing in the bush with a direct view on kazinga channel...therefore everyday you can see elephants, hippopotamus.. i saw many elephants in groups....sometimes during the night the hippo go out of the river and cross the lodge aera. The lodge are beautiful clean and with a unbelievable shower . It is an unique place. But what i appreciate it is the kindness of the staff, they are very helpful, polite, open mind, always with the smile...i did 7 accomodations in uganda and it was far the best staff. Thank you justuce the manager he helped me to organize my trip because i am a solo traveller and thank you pierre, innocent, peter....all the staff

This was our favourite accommodation on the whole trip in Uganda. The staff were excellent and so friendly, they were very attentive and made us feel at home immediately and the views over the savannah watching elephants walk by was something I'll never forget. As a tour operator, I booked this place for my clients. The place was super nice and the communication was very effective. We reached a little late and found Eunice and other two staff waiting for us. This was super amazing. We spent three nights at the property. Every night Hippos came in the compound to feed on every night. Hippos come with their young ones. I saw a whole family of hippos. 😜Mama, Papa and baby hippo. They come twice a nice at night Between 20:00hrs - 21:30 and then come back between 2:30 - 4:00 The place is very close to Kazinga channel boats and few km to Kasenyi gate in Queen Elizabeth national park. Since am a Birder, I could always start my birding while in the compound. I took enough Pictures of birds. The birds you are likely to see are;; Red necked spurfowl, laughing dove, mourning dove, snowy crowned Robin chat, white browed robin chat, black lores babblers, pied crow, marabou stork, village weavers, black headed Gonolek, Dideric cuckoo, ....... Then as you join the main road, there's a bush where you can see variety of birds.

Nice, rusticate place, nice big rooms with open bathroom. Good food, very nice staff. For sure will come back again.
