Staff was really helpful and patient with my bad Ukrainian. The room was large and comfortable with a nice view of the mountains. It also had a deck which worked well as a refrigerator.

We came to Rakhiv on May 13,2023. We were met by a very nice lady, who told us about details of our stay. She was very concerned that our room is comfortable and warm. She was always available when we had a question. She felt like my Mom - very kind и заботливая. I would return. They take care of customers.
